That's interesting. For $2.99/mo Verizon will display a name and city/state on Caller ID instead of the number and city/state.
My old Caller ID used to display the Account Name and the number. When did that change?
In the discussion I read about this the representative from Verizon said there is no way to keep solicitors from spoofing numbers.
Guess I could save $3/mo by just turning off Hiya when expecting a call from Microsoft Support.
