They start out sensible and cost effective... but the slope is slippery.
My most cost effective TT upgrades have been 997 shifter, Torque Solutions engine/trans mounts and Cobb Accessport.
On the Turbochargers, I recommend a membership with Rennlist and/or 6speed. Many owners pursuing the 'next plateau' will be selling off larger-than-stock turbos, intercoolers, etc.
