I checked out some time ago, at least a season ago where the extreme violence between the 'living' just exceeded my limit. I used to love the show in the early few seasons as the character struggles and special effects were very believable.

Now it's just violence for the sake of it. Also I was so invested in the group by the 3rd / 4th season that I became tired of them never really finding an 'oasis' where they can 'settle' like when they ended up on the farm.

I know that - if it did happen -is effectively like Ginger, Mary-Ann and the rest of the cast-aways being rescued..............................end of story.
