IMO the BAT model works well as is...whether is Porsche, or any other brand no matter how well known. With so many followers, the real "experts" add value for a buyer and the price for non disclosure is punitive as it should be. Case in point, my recent sale, that ultimately was found to have rolled over multiple times strapped to a truck, salvaged, pieced back together, retitled in another state with a missing VIN and the builder who tried to sabotage the sale from day one so he could get it cheap.
