My R&R to Penang, snake temples, Huge Sleeping Buddha, lots of good times, a cool place to go at that time. As we got off the plane the people in charge told us places NOT to go to and DON'T smoke the Ganga, my third night there I was in this water front dive on the top of the list. Should have been a Bogart movie scene, scary people, eye patches, old sea dogs. I had a couple beers and looked through a ancient three inch thick book of signatures, nobody I knew. Left with no trouble. Water skied in front of the hotel, could almost pull this boat out of the water. My Tri Shaw driver, almost a body guard, cruised the place drinking greenies looking at women.
