I am not an expert on suspension but maybe your A-arm is bent down or in on that side. Can you see any difference between the left and right A-arm angle to the floor as the car is sitting on the wheels?

Worn A-arm bushings on that side?

Could a wrong strut on that side cause the angle or a bent spindle on the strut?

Maybe you need to pull the struts and compare them side by side.

Was the car ever in an accident on that side?
