That looks like a stock 3.2 fuel line. There are several options.

1) Order new parts from Porsche
2) Order aftermarket parts from some place like griffiths.
3) Talk to some guy named len and see if he can make you a new set if you send in your old set
4) Find a competent local hydraulic hose shop that can cut off the old hoses and crimp on new ones.
5) Make up your own set using AN fittings and what not.
