"Cartoonishly large" wheels...
You can thank what ever perverse style has put 19" and 20" wheels on the average car. That is what is mainstream. No sidewalls on cars that aren't 10/10ths corner burners is stupid, harsh, and subject to tire failure at any pothole. But the public's idea of "cool" spoke a couple decades ago so of course a high end sports car will have big wheels...

) The LED tail lights are... ...LED tail lights. They are so new and have no constraints on styling so I suspect it will be a decade before things settle down and they start to have some real style besides designers going a bit overboard.
