It is okay if:
1. It's snowing
2. Everyone is bundled up and leaving due to the weather.
3. You have a biatchinnnn set of snow tires mounted on your car.
(basically- at this point you can tell Bob- "hey- these aren't just good tires- these are GREAT tires..." Then- you own the moment. Fart at will, you most interesting man in the world!)
