Looks like quite a project. Anything can be fixed. Question is will it be worth the effort and expense. Have you priced 964 motors?
The first thing to do is measure all the suspension points to see if the tub is straight.
Then do an inventory of all the parts you will need to do the repairs.
I could be wrong, but I am guessing that it will cost way more to repair this than a running 964 is worth.
Suby? That would be a real waste of time, IMO.
