Chances are whatever fuel was in there has turned to varnish and is plugging up everything. Do an oil and filter change so you will be circulating fresh oil once you really start turning it over. Get a battery in it. Replace the fuel filter. Pull the fuel injectors and either replace or rebuild them. Then start following the no start diagnostics on Clark's Garage.
