I confess that I don't have Bluetooth hooked up in my 2011 Lexus RX350. If you join the Club Lexus forum rx 350 appropriate to the age of your vehicle you can get help there.
Mine is third generation but I don't know what yours is. Easy to join up that group. I hardly ever go on there as seldom anything goes wrong. Just join the group, introduce yourself and ask for help.
