Also, when you consider the longstanding attacks on USPS, please be aware that it's all about removing a competitor for parcel delivery. If the attacks are successful and USPS gets out of the parcel business, USPS will still deliver First Class mail. Why? Nobody wants to deliver anything for $0.50. Often times, for $0.50, your letter arrives at its destination in a day or two.
