My wife is from Oregon so over the years I have been taking here to some of the SoCal landmarks (Dodger stadium, Huntington Gardens, Santa Monica pier. etc.).
One day driving up the coast I pulled out at Venice Beach and we walked the beach strand... apparently a lot of illness in Venice
Wife was a little incredulous that people were strolling down the strand toking on a jay.
