Only the fool blames the tool for a mechanics bad work. Since these shooting are becoming ever more common across the nation, you have to ask yourself what is causing people to go off the deep end and commit mayhem????
In other words,
WHAT STRESSES ARE THERE IN AMERICAN SOCIETY THAT ARE PUSHING THEM TO COMMIT MAYHEM?
If you don't come up with a causation no matter what you do, YOU WILL NOT STOP THE MAYHEM.
