I've always used Bates boots for street riding. They make a variety of styles and have been making roadracing gear forever. Their custom boots aren't high-priced, either.
If you want a fairly inexpensive boot, and your feet are the same size as mine, here's a pair I have for sale on Ebay which have very little use:
