Was just guessing as to how incompetent staff members can keep the job they don't actually do.
Last week the IT staff of 12 people were asked to list 3 goals for the meeting this week. 2 related to work and one personal. Submitted mine this early this morning. Seems only myself and the IT Director bothered submitting their goals. He even stressed the goals were to be very general each with one or two steps you can take to reach them.
So, since it is after noon, is hump day over the hump?
