TEXATL: just out of pure curiosity, do you have a 944, and if so, what model/year?
As for the compression thing, yeah we couldn't run huge boost, but we could still run signifigant boost, and always lower the compression later and up the boost.
And nothing pisses me off more than the old "sell it and buy a turbo" response. My car is in perfect running condition, low miles, 28k to be exact, not a single dent, brand new manual tranny, 2k dollar security/stereo system, and all kinds of other ****.
I wanted to talk to the other 944na owners to see if they would be interested in making their cars faster. I know that some of you may say that upgrading a 944na is futile, well I have this to say to you: First of all, na insurance is a ****load cheaper for a 16 year old male, I want my car to be a sleeper, and a car with as much if not more hp than the 944 turbo, no turbo lag, and lighter would be a force to be reconned with. I'm not looking to start a big argument, I'm just justifying why we na owners do these things to our cars.
Some of you need to lighten up on the na owners, especially those with auto's. I used to be one of them. This may suprise you, but some of us just prefer a fun good looking car that can handle well and is a lot of fun to drive.
I'm not looking for flames, and I'm not gonna argue with anyone who wants to argue, I'm just sticking up for my fellow na buddies.
