we eat a steak once every three months or so..
so it's a rarity. we go big. i buy only from a Hipster butcher. his stuff is awesome. he tells you which farm it is from and stuff. i bet the cow had a name.
my office secretary. i turned her on to the place. she had the butcher de-meat a hog face and sell it to her. he was so stoked to get something so random.
i like small batch butchers.
