I am not with the NTSB nor do I have the qualifications to determine what conditions are considered beyond what a car should be able to endure but I do know that
-there seems to be a problem with explosion and fire with Teslas AND
-There is a design flaw and Tesla has yet to own any part of the blame on any issue.
Did Elon read Hillary's book or did Hillary read Elon's?
