I always had a soft spot for 1970 914s. Mine was a 1973. In all the years I was into them, I wanted a 1970. I never saw them back East - Connecticut/New York area. Never saw a 1970 or a 1971. They were always 1974/1975 cars for some reason. I think 1970 914s are special. But then again, it might have to do with my age. Maybe I think I'm special.
Crazy things happen when you move. Moving sucks and I have moved thousands of miles in the past 4 years. Still the 911 is with me - in even more pieces now. I hate to think of moving it again in pieces. That's why my goal is to have it done by the end of April (at least moving on its own).
