how the hell did this turn into another flipper thread?
and how the hell did fred end up on trial?!
a deal was made, and payment executed. an unscrupulous buyer backed out for more money. that is the sellers right if he's cool with the moral consequences.
i fail to see how fred did anything in this scenario to question what he's all about...
