Years ago, I saw an entertainer (comedian, magician, can't remember) on TV snort the end of a piece of red yarn, then spit it out. He was still holding both ends and was effectively nasal flossing. I won't admit to doing it at parties when I was college age, but I will tell you that if you're going to do it, don't do it with cinnamon flavored dental floss, because there's a good chance that'll burn.
