Just a heads up. My son just informed me he put up a restored 78 930 I gave him a few years ago ( can't take em with you). It was a major concours award winner @ the Road & Track concours, Road America, when I had it there in 2014 and has had less than 2K miles since. All sorted since a refresh by the original owner who had it until I got it about 7 years ago. According to the COA all matching numbers and ordered color to sample #867 (Brokatrot ) with the good stuff ( sport seats, limited slip ) and is a very nice car with no accidents or bad weather driving since new. Check it out!
After I got it I asked him, why a restoration? He said it was looking older when parked next to his many new Ferrari's he's owned over the years, and said he treated it like one of his children. Photos below are from shortly after I got it ( lots of photos on BAT) . Interested what it gets on BAT. I recommended he take it to a major auction @ Monterey, Carmel, Pebble beach later this year as it is of that quality, but he has confidence that BAT might do OK. Comments welcome.
