I don’t know how to answer this since we don’t come close to agreeing upon value. I obviously believe my cars are worth far more than this one. Hagerty is insuring my collection in the seven figures without any issues or pushback on my valuations.
This isn’t a bad car at all, that’s not what I was saying, but it’s far from a collector grade investment, and that’s the only guy spending in the 150k range or more on an old 930 now. This one doesn’t fit in that box the slightest. Hopefully for Anthony’s son he finds two buyers that love this color and are willing to own such a high mileage TMU car. And end up fighting over it to bid it up. While the color is rare, it’s probably because it’s less desirable. If this pulls six figures then I may ship my collection to Anthony to attach his magic to them to sell for me. ;-)
