Very aggressive. I have a friend that retired as a building inspector in city of LA. Still lives in Studio City on Laurel Canyon Blvd.......I can put you in touch if you need?
Home Depot won't see w/o paperwork? I'd just go elsewhere to buy, out of the city if need be.
