You guys are awesome. Although my heart was wanting to say yes, after reading these posts my brain is saying no. I did see the car, and it actually looks straight and "relatively rust free" (there were some soft spots on the floor and rear seat bottoms and pedal box, but rockers looked good and body was straight). Stuff like missing fenders, bumpers, decklid and interior don't bother me in the least as all that would come off anyway, as the plan would be all fiberglass fenders, bumpers, decklid and minimalist interior bits (i.e., rs panels, app biz carpets, race buckets, etc...)

Key for me is the input that I'd be better off starting out with a long wheel base car. I didn't realize it was that much extra work if you start off with a 67. This is so tempting though as its local and has been in Arizona for decades. If i were to pull the trigger, what do you think a fair price would be?
