This is not a candidate for a track car or hot rod. It may be worth something close to the money, IF it is original and truly rust free, to someone wanting to do a restoration.
I imagine, if you are patient, you may find a stalled hot-rod project that would be more appropriate.
Having to piece together a car from scratch would cost a fortune.
