Yeah the 140's are legendary in their own right especially with the H3 hydraulics . The JD's of the 70's + 80's were some of the best GT's ever built , engineered much heavier/stronger than was needed but that's what makes them so enduring . To many folks it's hard to believe spending ANY money for a yard appliance that is 30 - 40 years old makes any sense . Some of us know better
