my wife somehow destroyed a bathroom vanity drawer while i was away for the weekend.
in her defense, the PO of the house didnt spend any real money on the fixture. we have all seen it..nice facade, crap particle board interior. i need to cobble it together for the relatively short duration before the remodel. (it got pushed back when all the contractors got super busy and super expensive due to our wildfire). my wife loaded the drawer down with various emollients.
so i need wood glue. holy random selections!! i am used to the ubiquitous elmers wood glue. the guy at the store said just to buy the plain jane WHITE elmers glue i saw my friend Horatio eat in 2nd grade. errr..no. he said it is just as strong. i just grabbed some DAP stuff and left. there is some super expensive stuff out there..i was not gonna use it to stick particle board back together.
on the bright side..the project required me to buy a brand new set of bar clamps
what's your take on wood glue?..i cant see any fail.
