Can't locate 330xi (2005) tranny fill plug

Every DIY video and text that I've seen indicate that the fill plug for the A5S 390R transmission is located on front passenger side just above the drain pan. It requires a Torx bit to remove. However, on my 330xi, it is not there.

There is a 17mm bolt on the rear passenger side (also just above the drain pan) but it seems impossible to remove. I'm not even sure if it's a fill plug.

Can anyone confirm its location on the 330xi? Also, if it is the 17mm bolt, do you have any tips for removing the bolt without stripping it?

There are two transmissions used on these cars do you have a GM or a ZF?

I have an 04 x3 that's the same set up I rememer the fill plug was on the passenger side it is an isolated bolt that has no structural purpose. It's not a tork bolt and it has no gasket it has to be above the pan on the right side.
