2008 bmw 328i electrical please help

Hello I thought I posted this yesterday but perhaps lost in cyberspace!
After a guy jumped my battery, ALL the hEADLIGHTS, DOMELIGHTS AND BRAKE LIGHTS AND WIPERS STAY ON WITH CAR OFF... some people told me to replace FOOTMODULE or LCM as its called.

Do u know if a handheld BMW scanner can detect if a MODULE is bad?
I don't know much about these cars as I bought it as is..it has a no crank no start but after he jumped in the truck, all the lights came on with car OFF!!

The battery has since gone dead so I know how to change that out.
Also, how do u reach the starter to test it or will a scanner also show if the STARTER is bad??

PLEASE help in any way you can.
the gear shift is stuck too after this battery jump..weird.. I know u can get rebuilt footwell modules on ebay ..not sure if this sedan 328i 4 door has FMR2 or FRm3..they said one type cant be rebuilt ..you must get the same part number and don't have to reprogram???

Sorry but I have lots of questions!
