N51 cylinder head woes.

Just overhauled my 2011 N51 SULEV cylinder head, resurfaced 004" off the head, valve job all new lifters new rectarings, new vavle guide seals, new cam position sensors, crank sensors, knock sensors, starter, VANOS solenoids, 2ea. camshaft sprockets, eccentric shaft sensor. Went to start it up and instantlly heard rattling noises from the cylinder head. I removed the valve cover and found all the exhaust cam rocker arms not in position anymore, all of the intermediate levers broken and two of the intake cam rockers fell out of position. I followed the BMW TIS to the tee. I can't find any specs on valve stem installed height, I'm thinking the machine shop may have messed up on their end.
