All bs aside its a nice car but let's be serious almost 60k for e46 is a bit wishful, not even a slick top, one can get a pretty pristine e90/92 m3 for less than 60 with warranty and etc. As an example my brother just got an 06 m3 zcp black on black 59k miles, 2 OCD owner car with all records, coilovers, BBS Rg wheels, 380 mm brembo brakes, garage queen for 22k.
