2004 R1100S no spark

I am having no spark issues on 2004 R1100S twin spark.
Fuel pump cycles on
ECU power at fuse and at #30 on relay have power and fuel pump/ ECU relays have been switch showing they both work since the fuel pump cycles
Neutral light is on
bike is in neutral and kill switch is on when trying for spark
Clutch position and kick stand position cycle the fuel pump as expected
Wires from to key to electrical box all pass ohm check
Fuel pump cycles on and off when spinning the engine over with the rear wheel and the key on - (shows HEL / HAL sensor is working)
Used coil tired
Used ECU tried
HAL / HES replace with used (see above testing)
bike ran and did not restart after getting fuel on a dry night
I have checked all the wires from the ignition key on the back side where they are soldered on to the end of the plug and they all have ohms. I left the battery disconnected over night to reset the ECU. I rechecked the replaced used HES (HAL) sensor again with it on the bike and turning the engine over and both the top and bottom sensors cycle on and off.
The wire to the coil for the bottom 2 spark pugs tests positive with the key on and negative with the key off. The other wire that is black and white is neither positive or negative but with the key on and the wired plugged into the coil becomes positive
I am at a loss at this point.

Your bike may have something called the Second Load Relay that powers the upper coils. If you have spark in the lower plugs but not the uppers, that could be the problem. Have you confirmed that you have +12 v at all three coils?

You replaced the HES?? Shouldn't be a prob on an '04, but.... Depends on the vintage of the replacement. ??

Follow the power from the batt thru the circuits to the plugs.

at this point check the voltages at the coils not in the harness but actuall at the coil
connection,
check the resistance of the coils as well,
the coils are driven from entirely differnt circuits for the upper and lower coils,
and you have checked with new plugs, and all 4 plugs dont work?
the upper coils are a very common failure so make certain your swapped coils were good.

Hi ericmace :

Seems like you've had this problem since Jan 2017.
Did the motorcycle ever run at one time , since you've had it ?
Does the motorcycle have an alarm system ?
