Here's the workship in the back of the garage, have enough parts in there to build 2 bikes...
Entrance...

Workbench & pegboard...

Parts, have 11 ft ceiling in this room...

More parts...

And then some....

What you don't see is the silver R1150 engine I have no use for out of my present project bike...

The mill is an old Apex with a 3 phase rotary converter behind it.

I saw that big lathe you put in, I down sized from a South Bend Heavy 10 to that dinky Atlas. Had to downsize some from MD to NM. Wish I had room for a bigger lathe like yours or even more swing so I could get wheels on it. Next step is to convert it to 3 phase to minimize torque ripple (it's single phase 120 now).

I was lucky to find a 4 car garage in my neighborhood...wish I had more time to play with my old lady and my bikes...

Bill- I'm looking closer at your mill and lathe and yours are nicer than mine, really, good machines that look to be in really good shape...

I refurbished and repainted the Lathe, Tightened up the cross slide and cross feed nut. Other than that it had very little wear... and the mill I got from a guy I know... He bought it new and used it very little... I am still cleaning it where he let it set in his shop and collect cat hair. (Cats did more damage to his race cars than the mice would have done).

I haven't been out in the shop much recently, kind of cold. Worst storm in the 13 years we have lived here. Good time to be indoors remodeling my mom-in-law's condo.

No, I drove her to and from work for two weeks. Her car never left the garage. Her first day at a new job was also the first day it snowed. She was the only nurse that came into work so she scored major points with the new boss. A bush block the driveway for a couple days so I had to borrow her brother's 4 X 4.
