Just wondering where people are buying these days. Couldn't get on Southwest moto or Discount mc tires websites.

I got the same price across the counter at my local cycle gear for conti roadattacks as i would-a from dennis kirk, and that included state sales tax! no wonder the OEM dealers hate 'em.....

American shows they have the Diablo Strada, but I wonder...
I've contacted them for stock and they never answered.
Do they pay shipping or what's the deal?

There is no one low price provider. I've learned to get a list of several than shop for total price (tire & shipping & other) and see what wins. Guess I'm cheap, but sometimes can't sleep late at night.

well, price IS important, but no BS and the close to best price is better.
SWMoto adverts what they have, not what they don't have, and they ship free for a set within 24 hours.
I like that.

Esteemed Mr. Dog, I've only used AmericanMotoTire as a "price match" reference for denniskirk.com who will beat their price by $1., has everything in stock and ships immediately.

Just wondering if you knew about the shipping 'sall.

You have to watch Dennis Kirk and their "beat it by $1" deal. They add in extra's and then beat that price by $1. Like freight, COD fees, etc.
I've been buying the Continental RoadAttacks from Southwest Moto and have been very happy.
Supposedly Chaparral Motorsports has a connection with Bridgestone and gets their best price, if you want that brand. Or at least that's the excuse Dennis Kirk used when I asked them to "beat by a $1" Chaparral's advertised price in Cycle World once and wouldn't "beat it by a $1"...

I just bought a set of Diablo Strada's from Southwest Moto for 206 delivered about 2 weeks ago. They were 180-17/55 and 120-17/70. They shipped UPS ground and they got to repoe's in about 4-5 days after i ordered them.

If you buy them online, where are you getting them mounted/balanced?

Sometimes people forget that this is (first and foremost?) a technical forum. There are a lot of threads here on mounting and balancing tires yourself.

Check each of the front runners for the tire you are after. Ordered Metzlers from SW yesterday, could have saved $2.20 by going with Ayers - thats almost 3/4 a gallon of gas...

In Atlanta you can still get a gallon for that, maybe not by the end of the week though..
