...I am only trying to organize something... but it will only work if I get enough support...!
I thought it was very cool of Nate to offer himself to participate... it would be a nice occasion for us left-coaster to put a face to the name and for the members of the board to do something together... Friends are invited to participate as well... if we can get a bunch of the TC'ers and some of the Z-kids together, it'll not just be a fun event, but a show as well... I'd love this... I am sure Tim (Honard) will be interested and Imgmar might be as well... we'll see!

Count me in. If I'm in town, I'll be there. Haven't set a wheel to a race track in anger since the 90's. Sounds like a blast. Would be great to meet N8 as part of the deal as well.

So far we have:
Sergio - Ivan - Shannon - Sporttour - onekiwi - agypsy - tm1100 - John Lyon - Tomn and Bill Vee... and me, of course. That is not bad for the first day! I am sure there will be some stragglers over the weekend who will come in with interest and I have a few emails out to some of my riding buddies... We shall see... this has much more momentum than the first approach, I like it...

I just heard from Carrie... they are in the middle of scheduling 2008 and she will let me know in the next couple of weeks what dates are available... it'll be a Monday, as Sundays are made from unobtainium...

That would be great too! The opportunity to race a Supertwins in South Africa may come up next season also, at Kylami. We will see. They do have an F800 Cup in South Africa actually also. More interested in our Boxer's though.

I've ridden it in that configuration before. Its very fast that way. I liked it better backwards with the Mazda turn. I would really like to come to this trackday. Are we looking at a weekday?

at this point, we are looking at a Monday... weekends are consideraby more expensive... possible dates to come as soon as they have their schedule (they are working on it) which should be within the next week or two...
