HP2s Air Filter $$

Dang! Max BMW lists the Air Filter at $108.00! For the 12s, $23 bucks. What do we get for the difference?

It's different, doesn't fit the other bike. Other than that not much. If I recall correctly the Hp2s one is "doubble".

"Doubble" should be $46.00 It must be in a carbon fiber frame with a radioactive element filtering sub micron particles while accelerating air flow.

Nope, the original isn't cleanable and reusable. The 2008 bike didn't have one anyway.

Well, I pulled it out today and found a BMC Oiled type, BMW # 13717716652-03 or BMC 519/04-00 I cleaned and oiled it and re-installed it.
