Sweet Candy Cane for sale!

very nice!

BMW : R-Series: eBay Motors (item 170534000325 end time Sep-05-10 14:09:59 PDT)

it's interesting that he said he bought it new off the dealer floor with the Remus installed, my bike came like that from the same dealer, and the PO said he didn't have the stock exhaust.

1/3 of the mileage, aftermarket exhaust, a year newer and only 2/3rds the price of what they're going for here (even taking exchange rate into account), ...and you lucky buggers are spoiled for choice.

I'm envious to say the least

Counting Deans recent acquisition, that is the third stripper to be on the auction block in two weeks. There was one in CO that didn't make the reserve.

twodear, we can get you a visa. lol

Could read like my for sale ad (same bike, same age, same kids)..... But I ain't sellin'...........

I thought mine was low miles at 7,200...... I'd love to buy it and store it in a vaccuum for when my bike wears out, but that could be a while.

What, and abandon Paradise? All of a sudden the higher prices don't matter so much.

Bloody Hell, that's a great buy! I wish they were that cheap here and it's the colour I love - candy stripe!

There's no candy stripes for sale in Oz at the moment.

Another question, all the after market pipes I've seen on the R12S are either cans only or if full system, still 2 into 1 into 2 cans. That's how the R11S is set up by BMW as well, but I've got a full Leo Vince 2 into 2 into 2 cans and it really frees up the exhaust and adds some ponies. Is there any aftermarket 2 into 2 into 2 can systems for the R12S?

I'd have a serious problem with buying the 12S for a young "reformed squid" off the ebay/craig's list. The age of the seller can be a clue as to the abuse the bike has been given. Jeff Williams is of course the glaring exception to this rule. Don't think I've ever bought a bike from a person less than 50 years old and that covers BMW, Ducati and Harleys.

Just a question A6. Do you rust the guy that set the load on the Dyno for your bike?
