For me tonight it was a couple of Silver City Ridgetop Red Ales. Nice to have a great micro brewery just down the road! |

One of the reasons I bought these larger footpegs was because they have a bottle opener on the bottom.

I can't drink beer because the purine in it gives me gout. Anyone know of a beer that won't do that?

OUCH!!!! Had a bout with Gout 25 years ago, pain was worse then a broken Femur, or Tibial plateau! Luckily it never flared up again.
It would suck if it came back and curtailed my love of dark beers.

Wine is OK though... After I quit the sardines (and mojitos) it gradually went away. Haven't had a bout since... And that's your bar talk Cliff Clavin expertise for the day! Now, back to your drinking!

Here is a really strange brew "Not you fathers Root BEER", yes a beer that smells just like root beer, and tastes very much like a root beer.
Wife even threw a scoop of vanilla ice cream in one for a beer float. Really not as bad as it sounds, if you like root beer.
