Just an update... getting finalized with this case.
My friend's lawyer wants to settle with Ducati NA by getting a new one. But my friend needs to pay the legal fee to his lawyer for $750. It looks like he will sign for the settlement. Per the speed of this paperwork, the new 1198 will be arriving about 2 months.
