Crest Ride 8am on Sat
I'm heading up to Newcombes for breakfast with an old pal who'se just got back to town, and hasn't done the Crest in four years. Anyone who'd like to is welcome to join, leaving the Shell at 8am, see yo there.

Can I park a bike at your place for the winter? Oh, while I'm at it, can I stay at your place while visiting the bike? Or, if you have a freind with a beach house on Malibu (who has a decent cook) I'd actually prefer that. Thanks in advance.

Unless the tooth fairy or one of her siblings visits me tonight and happens to cure me, I probably wont be making it tomorrow am. Bummer too, I've been aching to get up there again on the HP2S. Was up there last weekend during the rains, lots of rocks at lower elevation and snow at higher elevation. Good times in a Subaru AWD car.

It was just glorious today, Mother nature gave us about the clearest and most stunning day on the Crest I've had in a while!!

With the internet being the only place I really share pictures these days it's become the main camera of my non working life! Sure I could have done these with a better camera, but it wouldn't have told the story any better. |
