New GUY who has Shreddr's HP1258 Sport

New to Pelican and find posts about BMW HP2 Sport in 2 headings so please direct me if I got the wrong one. I sprung for Shreddr's bike and it is now on the west coast. For those unfamiliar this is a 2009 BMW HP2 Sport bored out to 1258cc. The question I would like to ask of this community is about theft. Experience with locks, alarms and GPS trackers (for once it is gone). I understand that if someone really wants it, there is no complete protection but I spent more than I have made in some entire years on this machine (after looking for 4 years) And would like to find some electronic protection to add to my throttle lock plus or my lock /Pewag security chain. I am planning a substantial trip on this bike and can not entirely control where I might end up parking overnight. Go up 2 on the main page and repost on the R1100S and R1200S. That's where we are!
It's a big worry finding secure hotel parking. I think you just have to make lots of phone calls.

I can tell you that you are totally in the wrong forum.
It's like posting about a 928 in a 911 forum.

You need to start over in the BMW R1100S forum. The HP2 Sport is an iteration of that bike. And a very expensive iteration at that.
