help me please..
I am looking into a deal on a 2008 cayman S, ruby red,An automatic is a must for me and this one is, plus only 60k on it.
questions; this car does not have the IMS. If the stereo is stock does it have bluetooth What are common issues.. Ive never seen that color..it rare? thanks, this will be my 6th porsche since the 80s

I thought the 2008 still had an IMS. I believe the 2009 was the first year without an IMS.......

2008 definitely has an IMS bearing, but it's the largest that Porsche ever used, so failures are rare. Bluetooth was an option from Porsche, so it could have it. You can also update to the new PCCM+ radio from Porsche and get Bluetooth, AndroidAuto, and CarPlay. If it's the 3.4-liter engine, you should get it checked for bore score as that was an issue for those engines. That color is very rare.

thanks, the bore score issue scares me , but the car is 4 hours away so my options are limited
