Passenger Door Won’t Open
2000 Boxster S. Passenger door won’t open with interior or exterior door handle. Tried unlocking all different ways. When driving there is e regular chime indicating the car thinks the door is open. Window moves with the door handle as it should. Can’t quite get the door panel off without the door opening. Any ideas?

Update. I got the door panel off. Still can’t figure out how to open the door.

If it’s the same as a cayman it’s two connections, one cable from the interior handle to the latch and a connection from the exterior handle to the latch, strange to have them both fail.
No idea how you can get it open without taking off the outer and inner skins?

If you can reach waaaay inside and get to the latch activate the pivot arm on the latch if the internal cable is broken and the connector has come off from the handle. If you still don’t have it open, I can post pictures
