Porsche Crest boxster s 2004 3.2 2nd gear issue

hi everyone, I have got my boxster s since more than 2 years now. Since I bought it, it was not easy to get into the second gear in the first 5 min of a start, after the car sits for a day or so. When the car warms up/gear/transmission it's easy but in those 5min I hate my self, and i dont know why it's like this and if I can improve this in any way.

In those 5min, the gearbox starts vibrating and I need to do two or three tries to get it correctly in. even if I do the same correct technique it's always like that, sometimes I do double clutching or try two times just to get it in. has anyone please an idea if this is normal? and if I can anyhow fix it?

Have you tried a fluid flush? It couldn't hurt. It likely would need to come apart to repair so the only thing that I can think of besides that is changing the fluid.

I would bet it has the wrong gear oil in it. These gearboxes are VERY sensitive to the type of lubricant in them. I would drain it and refill it with the FACTORY ONLY fluid, and I would bet your problems will disappear...............

thank u people, I will check/change that I don't think it was done. We did the automatic transmission fluid using zf lifeguard but this the transmission oil I think it's still using the old one.
