Unhappy top won't go down

Top will not go down, windows do operate normally. No noise or movement when dash button is pressed.

Things I have done:

1) Checked fuses
2) Reinserted Relay (not sure if relay is working?)
3) Changed microswitch (under handle)
4) Moved electrical to dash switch above top switch (to test switch) (switch does light up)
5) Pulled positive battery cable to reset system.
6) Pulled brake handle a couple of times
7) Tried dash switch while moving covertible latch

Not sure what else to do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

yes read the forum...still lost

Summary:

Dash brake light on (hand brake pulled), with car on or ignition in the on position, latch open with windows going down normally (latch switch working, old and new one act exactly the same). Push dash button and nothing. No motor noise, no movement...

Pushing the latch button makes no difference, whether I use the new switch or old switch.

Unknowns:

relay (reinserted, but not tested)

dash switch (light comes on with lights, moved electrical to above switch with no difference) is that a good test?

brake microswitch - if light comes on dash is that enough?

speed sensor signal - not sure how to test

motor - testing voltage from switch to motor.
