Boxster caliper piston diameters?

I've seen this question asked once before, but the answers never included numbers; I'm looking for info on Boxster caliper piston diameters, F & R, S and non-S.
I've heard some pretty small numbers for these calipers which would make them well suited to my application, but I'm trying to verify them.
Do they really have 33/37 fronts?
I'd love to get a bonus answer about ideal rotor thicknesses, but ...

P.S.- this isn't a Porsche application, I'm making up my own balance tradeoffs as I go!

Thanks so much for the help, I just haven't been able to find this info ANYWHERE, Bill's got great docs for 911s, but I don't know if or how any of this relates to the Boxster and what I've heard! Thanks!
