Airbag resistance too low: code 8033 -passenger head airbag

Issue: airbag resistance too low : code 8033

I'm getting an airbag warning and code (8033 -passenger head airbag).

According to the Porsche service manual, the code is related to an issue with the wiring harness for the airbag.

The Durametric tool indicates that it only reads 0.60 Ohms for that head airbag.
The other airbag reads 2.60 Ohms.

Has anyone had this issue?
Any solution?

Thanks,
Paul Icinkoff

I suspect the wires need unplugging, maybe cleaning and then plugging back in unless one has somehow came unplugged.
